Nate Feldmiller | Executive Chef


A native of Kansas City, Feldmiller knew at the age 15 that he wanted to become a chef. After graduating from the University of Missouri, he moved to New York in 1996 to pursue a career in the culinary arts. He acquired his culinary education in some of the city’s finest kitchens including Soho’s Cub Room, Bouley Bakery in Tribeca and Saul, one of two restaurants in Brooklyn to receive a Michelin star. Returning to Kansas City in 2000 Feldmiller opened The Spot downtown and Circe on 39th Street. He moved to Cafe Europa in 2007 to expand the already popular lunch venue to a dinner and brunch destination.
